This anti-static turnover cart is a dedicated transfer equipment for the electronics manufacturing industry. The main body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates with electrostatic spraying technology. The surface of the layer boards is pasted with 10mm thick anti-static rubber. The body is designed with 4 fixed storage layers, and the edges of the layer boards are equipped with 2cm high sidewalls to prevent PCB boards and electronic components from slipping off. Equipped with 3-inch conductive universal wheels, the wheel shafts are built-in with conductive springs, which can conduct static electricity to the ground. An anti-static wristband interface is installed at the handlebar to further enhance static protection. Suitable for electronic material transfer in multiple links such as assembly line production and warehouse storage.
